Not just a puppy daddy...

I recently discovered that my little puppy will have a new human playmate soon...

To visualize what is on the screen... imagine a "teddy bear" lying sideways inside a jelly bean and you get an idea of the anatomical layout of the baby. It was really neat to hear the heartbeat while this ultrasound was performed.

This little one has already turned out to be a trooper. This image was taken the day after my lovely wife deployed the airbags in the car. The car in front of her slowed her down much faster than the brakes. Now we are in the market for a new car for the fam.

Boring note from author: As much as I despise the big 3 automakers, I find myself looking at Ford products. Specifically the Escape Hybrid. 0% financing and $5k less than the Toyota Highland Hybrid financed at 4.9%.

Thanks John,

Pretty crazy, huh? We began "trying" to be parents about a month-and-a-half before we found out. We sure didn't think it would happen as quickly as it did. We are both really excited

I think that her due date is March 5th.

Scott - you should tell the story about the puppy and the upsidedown dingy!---maybe I will put it on my puppyblog, but I didnt see him under the dingy, so I cont describe how scared he was like you can!

Well you know, it's not that unusual for the Koppi side of the family to be engaged in a fender bender or two. Even Grandpa has a couple of stories in that regard. But aside from that, Char and I are glad that Katherine is safe and unhurt, and that baby is the same. It's time for a family car, Scott. Better get a minivan. Sooner or later you're going to need one. It's the beginning of family life and middle-age. Get used to it!

Best from both of us.
